After 3 months of planning, we at Safeguard Solutions are nearly ready for our official launch. Tuesday 21st October is the date, put it in your diary!

What have we been up to so far?

We have:

• registered as an Umbrella Body with AccessNI and are set up and ready to process your applications for enhanced with barred lists checks.
• prepared all the information you need to understand your obligations to ensure compliance with AccessNI’s Code of Practice, Service Level Agreement and Service Provision Letter.
• prepared an ‘Information for Applicants’ letter which contains all the statements you need to provide to your applicants to comply with AccessNI’s Code.
• already been meeting with and processing checks for clients who found us on AccessNI’s website.
• developed our branding and launched our website, in conjunction with Devine Design.
• set up our client management software within which each client has their own portal for sharing documents and notes.
• moved into our new office accommodation at Space Antrim which is run by Antrim Enterprise Agency.
• started collaborating with Flightline Golf Technologies to ensure that Golf Clubs with Junior programmes provide a safe and compliant environment when working with the next generation of golfers.
• developed our training templates ready to be modified to meet your safeguarding training requirements.
• went through the Go Succeed Start mentoring programme.
